Spiced Mango Shake
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 package unflavored Juven®
- ¼ cup skim or 2% milk*
- 1 cup frozen mango pieces
- ½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- ½ teaspoon fresh chopped ginger root
- 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar or 1 teaspoon artificial sweetener, or to taste*
- 5 to 6 large ice cubes
- Fruit garnish, if desired
* Nutrition content based on skim milk and sugar.
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the Juven and milk and pour into the jar of a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, adding additional ice if desired. Garnish with fresh fruit if desired and serve.
