Spiced Mango Shake

Spiced Mango Shake

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 package unflavored Juven®
  • ¼ cup skim or 2% milk*
  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • ½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh chopped ginger root
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or 1 teaspoon artificial sweetener, or to taste*
  • 5 to 6 large ice cubes
  • Fruit garnish, if desired

* Nutrition content based on skim milk and sugar.

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together the Juven and milk and pour into the jar of a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, adding additional ice if desired. Garnish with fresh fruit if desired and serve.
