Fruity Punch Gelatin

Fruity Punch Gelatin

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 package fruit-punch-flavored Juven®
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 1/3 cup water, room temperature
  • 8 raspberries or 1/4 cup favorite chopped fruit

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the gelatin and boiling water and stir until dissolved. In another bowl, combine Juven and 1/3 cup water and stir until dissolved. Combine the Juven mixture and gelatin mixture and add fruit. Pour all into serving bowl and refrigerate 2 hours or until set.

Note: This gelatin dessert will have a slightly soft-set texture.
